He arranged a time to fix the minor jobs and at the same time, carry out an estimate for flushing the central heating system. Steve arrived and looked at the minor jobs, which resulted in him explaining that due to a build up of lime scale, after a few minutes clearing the lime, rectified the minor jobs for which he said was no cost and continued with the estimate. A time was arranged to carry out the flushing of the central heating system and disconnect two radiators. He arrived in the morning as specified and worked constantly through the day, completing the job by the late afternoon, my heating system was switched back on and he ensured all was working in order. I was very pleased with his confidence and efficiency, which gave me peace of mind in what he had achieved for me.
